In TELUS' non-LTE zones, TELUS customers will experience typical downloads speeds between 7 and 14 Mbps in DC HSPA+ zones (covering 73 percent of Canadians) and between 3.5 and 8 Mbps on TELUS' HSPA+ network coast-to-coast.
